Consulting Background
I'm a Technical Consultant with more than twelve years of NetSuite experience. I spent my first seven years working with general businesses across a range of industries, and the last five with IT resellers.
Over that time I've been involved in hundreds of successful NetSuite implementations, as well as full-lifecycle customization and integration projects. That work gave me a practical understanding of the core business processes NetSuite supports, so the solutions I build fit how the business actually runs.
On most projects I serve as Solution Architect and Tech Lead, responsible for the technical design, the build, and getting it delivered.

It covers custom features and automation built around a company's workflows to cover business processes that do not work with native NetSuite out-of-the-box features, and integrations built from scratch between NetSuite and other systems. The scope is agreed with the client before work starts.
What is Ongoing Optimization?
Ongoing Optimization is a recurring service that keeps a NetSuite account healthy as the business grows. It includes regular checks of account performance and bloat, action items and technical practices for improving it, and priority access when something needs attention. It is ongoing audit and ongoing technical support rolled into one.
